What to expect visiting Ban Khoang village ?
Your journey to Ban Khoang can begin with a car ride along a dirt-track, or by walking, after which you descend, or continue on foot through the Ban Khoang valley and across a river. Once across the river you will climb to the ethnic minority village of Ban Khoang. The village is inhabited by the red Dao and Black Hmong hill tribe. At the Ban Khoang village you will be able to rest and enjoy lunch whilst observing and experiencing the daily life of the villagers. After lunch you will walk through cornfields and forests in order to arrive at the Ta Phin village. There you will have the opportunity to meet the Red Dao and Black Hmong hill tribes as well as visiting a workshop and a nearby cave.
